ASPIRE Melbourne

BRIEF

To manage the full scope of ASPIRE’s public relations and marketing to bring their property to the attention of potential buyers, occupiers or investors in Singapore; and to increase brand awareness of their development and boost the attendance for their launch event.

STRATEGY

M Connect worked with the developer’s marketing budget and managed both online and offline ad campaigns for the property launch. To target the intended audience and demographics, the ads were executed in two brand languages (English and Chinese) on both Facebook and WeChat. As ASPIRE’s appointed marketing agency, we also undertook the role of the event organiser for their property launch.

RESULTS

ASPIRE achieved a promising attendance rate of 80% for their launch and they have since generated almost A$6 million in sales.
