Content Strategy and Lead Generation for La Vista ONE

BRIEF

To create and sell a brand story for La Vista ONE’s property development project in Cambodia and to increase lead generation in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia through registrations for their webinars.

STRATEGY

M Connect undertook the graphic design work for La Vista ONE’s marketing collateral prior to their Cambodia property launch. Designs were crafted in alignment to the brand’s direction and marketing objectives to improve prospective homebuyers' perspectives on the Cambodian real estate landscape. We created visuals that provided their audience with an immersive brand experience – a story on the transformation of the Cambodian property market. We also managed their Facebook page and ran ad campaigns to build interest and awareness leading to the launch. To facilitate their running of webinars, we also created a landing page for registration, which provided an additional avenue for lead generation.

RESULTS

La Vista ONE saw vast improvements in content management; their Facebook page now has better comprehensibility and cohesiveness. Brand engagement also increased through the success of their webinar series. The 2 weeks campaign generated more than 120 leads and 180k impressions across more than 650 Facebook Pages.
